Alan Tam 40th Anniversary Concert Tour comes to Macao August 20 at the Cotai Arena

(Macao, July 6, 2016) – Legendary Cantopop singer Alan Tam will bring his Alan Tam 40th Anniversary Concert Tour – Macao to the Cotai Arena at The Venetian® Macao on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016 at 8pm. Tickets for the one-night only concert go on sale Thursday, July 7 at all Cotai Ticketing box offices.

To celebrate his 40th year in the music business as a Cantopop singer, Alan Tam kicked-off his latest tour in Hong Kong back in 2015. The sell-out Hong Kong concert proved his enduring popularity and enchantment on stage, knows no bounds. Followed soon after by concerts around the world, the long-awaited anniversary concert is finally coming to Macao for local fans to enjoy. By delivering his classic hits, Tam will take the audience on a journey of songs from the past four decades.

Alan Tam is a major figure in Cantopop music industry as well as Hong Kong’s entertainment industry. He was crowned “Principle Tam” and is widely known as a mentor to many up and coming artists in Hong Kong’s music industry. By 2013, Alan has released a total number of 115 solo albums that sold over 35 million records worldwide. In addition, he is also the record holder of having the most concerts in Hong Kong as a solo artist.
